ITINERARY
Wednesday - Driving to Detroit to sleep in a hotel near the airport
Thursday - Early flight traveling to Detroit to fly direct flight to Jacksonville
Friday - Shoot day in the Tropical Oasis
Saturday - Flying direct to Detroit to drive back home
SESSION DAY - TWO PARTS!
We have FREEEEEEEE accommodations! That’s right, FREE! My in-laws have a house down there and they are graciously opening their home to us. They have a PLENTY of accommodation space for all of us..
It will be a very quick trip. However, it will be 100% WORTH EVERY SECOND.
PART ONE: Get out those Florida looks ladies! We are going to take pictures near the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club! It is absolutely stunning. Bring on the sundresses and wedges!
PART TWO: BEACH! The flowier the maxi dress, the better! Be ready to get in the water and capture images beyond your wildest dreams!
How are we getting there?
You'll need to be at my house by 3:30 at the latest on July 31st, so we can get to the Detroit airport area in time for dinner.
The goal is a Delta flight departing Detroit at 8:44am.
We will fly DIRECTLY from Detroit to Jacksonville. It does add extra cost, but it is worth it for the convenience since our trip is so short. Airlines are finicky right now with delays and such. I do not want to be stranded in an unknown airport with your student if a delay or cancellation were to occur.
Our travel will be as simple as possible. This is a quick trip, so we should not have to check a bag. We are going to make this extremely simple!
Are we in charge of booking our flights?
Nope! I will book all of our flights at the same time once the additional travel invoices have been made.
What if I can get my flight for free and use my miles?
That is an option! I will let you know what flight we are booking and you can attempt to do the same. I just can not promise that you will be sitting with the rest of us.
Our goal flight home would be leaving Jacksonville at noon and we would arrive back in Middlebury around 5:30-6:00 on Sunday.
NOTE: I HAVE A CAP OF FOUR GIRLS DUE TO CAR SPACE!
